Hi Community,

the next community meeting is proposed to take place on Sept 18th 2008 (Thursday). We selected this date in order to meet the holiday seasons of the various parts of Germany.

We give you appr. 1 week of time to tell us, if this date is in major conflict with your planning. PLEASE FEED BACK if this is the case. Otherwise this date will be announced from July 7th on.

The location for the meeting will be close to Karlsruhe - in the building of VPS GmbH.

The meeting will cover:
. showcases of CaptainCasa Enterprise Client usage
. report on changes
. collection of requirements
. special talk: "User Interface Testing"
. ...and, last but not least: honouring the winner of the "Sandkastenliga EM Tippspiel"

PLEASE also add further items that you want to be discussed - by adding them to this post.

Thanks in advance for adding feedback!

Hi,

I today got the confirmation of the company QFS to join the meeting and present their tools/concepts for testing appliactions through the user interface. We met QFS at the JAX conference - after short time of installation, their product (which includes a swing testing framework) was able to record test sequences on CaptainCasa Enterprise Client and replay them for testing purposes.

I think this is an absolutely interesting area of interest for all community members. The QFS presentation will be the nucleus for a broader info exchange on automated testing with CaptainCasa Enteprise Client.
