Hi,

i would like to use the FontAwesome "icons" not only for a iconbutton.
For Example as the textimage in a textfield: new property "texticon" or "textawesomefonticon"?!

Or as a icon which is not clickable. A disabled icon looks a bit pale. Maybe a awesomefontimage-component.

+1. I'm also in for the feature proposal

From 20150727 you can use AwesomeFont characters everywhere, where IMAGE defnitions are part of a component. Please check the change log.

Great job Björn! Would it be posible to have it in t:fields? they don't have image attribute, but textimage.

...just checked: TEXTIMAGE with FIELD (and other components) was "in principal" working in FX - but the painting was done before the background was painted...

This is fixed now. Please tell me if you require/want to have some interim update.
