Hi,
I remember some issues when scrolling with an opened combofield popup. AFAIK this has been fixed. But we experience the same problem when the field is inside a popup and this one is moved. What happens is that the combofield popup stays at the exact position, but the rest of the containing moves away. I'll attach a screenshot.

After opening the Helper Popup of combofield 'Fachgebiet' the containing popup was moved, but the combofield popup doesn't. So it appears like it's lost its anchor. |

The problem still occurs. Is there a solution yet?

...just tested: in our scenarios the popup is closed when clicking onto the titlebar of the window, so it is closed when moving the window.
If you are not using default popups but own ones: make sure that you call ModelessPopup-instance.setCloseonclickoutside(true).

Old thread but new information:
we face the same problem. The tiny difference, why the combofield popup is NOT closing, is the attribute "keepfocus".
Since the popup (opened by the combofield action) never gets the focus, it cannot lose it (by moving the outer window/popup) to be closed.
Any chance to change this behavior on SWING-Client?
greetings
Ruven

...we checked - and to be honest: we do not really want to apply some update here, because it is something not totally simple, because this is a quite exceptional use case and because we do not want to do such bigger update into our Swing client.
We ask for your understanding... Thanks!
