Hi,
well, in the Release Info for the version 20080212 we told everyone to check the calling of popups... - and have failed ourselves to update our popup callers...
Consequence: you cannot open the popups in the project view and in the layout editor....
The bug is fixed, there is an updated version 20080213 available... sorry.
