Sometimes we ask you in case of problems to create a "client dump". This means: we want to have a dump of all the controls that are currently seen - the dump then contains the full client side XML, i.e. all controls with all control attributes.

This message describes how to create:

1. Open the application in the browser and navigate to the scenario that you want to dump.
2. Open the developer mode of the browser - typically by pressing F12
3. In the developer view (side area of the browser or own parallel dialog) switch to the "Console"-tab, in which the JavaScript log output is written
4. Click into your page, so that the focus is inside the page - it is important to click into a control that is a "key-relevant" e.g. a field , a button, ...
5. Press "ctrl-alt-z"

As result of 5. the dump will be written into the log. From there you can copy it and save as own file.

Maybe the information that is part of the log is also interesting for you, in order to see the "reality" of the arrangement of controls within a certain scenario.
