When working with T:TABBEDPANE; the height of the total component (when height is set to for example 200+) is equal to the height of the height of the highest tab-content, even if that specific tab is not the active tab at the moment. I would expect the box to be only as high as the needed height for the current selected tab.

...default behavior is as you describe - the highest content drives the height of the other areas.

You can assign "0" to attribute TABBEDPANETAB-HEIGHTIFUNSELECTED. Then the height is updated in the way you want it.
