would be cool if there would be a possibility (system.xml) to set an implicit AutoClear for Statusbar outputs?

I am also just thinking about this... - I love the updates status bar that is much nicer for the user, but I sometimes hate that it does not disappear.

Would be great if it shrinks to some mini-bubble on the bottom of the screen or so after some defined time... - Clearing is not really an option, because then the message is gone...

I am open for input here! ;-)

ok, maybe we can make different settings for different severities?
so I can set
2000ms for all Success messages
5000ms for all Warnings
and nothing for Error or generall Messages so that those kind of messages stay until interaction?

please take a look into update 20210201 - the status bar is now arranged at the very bottom and auto-shrinks after some duration.
