Hi.
Our customer finally gave us the permission (aka the money) to upgrade CaptinCasa. So we've just updated our software from the very outdated Casa version 20160411 to the current version 20190527. We're still using the Swing client via Webstart and won't change it yet (but hopefully in the near future).
Everthing seems to work fine right now, but we cannot use the (RISC) editor. When we open a JSP page and click on "Refresh Preview", all we get is just the error message "Problem loading style: xxx". When we change the style via "Preview..." to "defaultrisc" we get the attached error withing the live view area.
Where do we find the Logs to find out what's going on? What are we missing? Maybe it's just something in a configuration file, that we have missed.
Is there still a way to use the Swing editor or do we have to use RISC?
Regards, Manuel

Hi Manuel,
the default CaptainCasa logging is done into the servlet-temp-directory, which is tomcat/work/Catalina/localhost/<yourWebApp> with Tomcat.
You may have changed the log configuration, which is defined in eclntjsfserver/config/logging.xml so please check there as well.
Of course you can continue to use the Swing-editor, and I would also recommend to continue to use this for Swing scenarios.

Hi Björn.
Thanks for your fast response.
Of course you can continue to use the Swing-editor
But how? In the current Casa installation is no Swing editor. Or at least we can't find it. Is there a addon-package that we've missed?
Or do you mean that we should use the editor from the old CaptainCasa enterprise client? (One with the embedded Tomcat.) It kind of works, but it show us a version conflict. The tool's version is 20160411 and the project's version 20190527.
Regards, Manuel
