RISC: Move the scrollbar with tablet pen is not possible  XML

The scrollbars rendered by the HTML5 CaptainCasa client cannot be scrolled with a tablet pen. This statement applies to the browsers Google Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
With Internet Explorer, on the other hand, the tablet pen can be used.
Furthermore, none of the browsers mentioned above can be scrolled directly with the finger.
It was tried to solve the problem with the parameter cctouchdesktop=true. But the parameter does not solve the problem.

The problem can be reproduced by trying to move a rendered scrollbar in the Demoworkplace with the tablet pen.

Just to make sure for all readers:

1. Scrolling with a pen works perfectly on Android
2. Scrolling with a pen works perfectly on IOS

So you talk about table pen in a Windows environment.

We will check this...

Uh, I'm sorry. Yes you are right.
It's a notebook which is convertible to a tablet and Windows OS runs on it.
