Hi,

the attribute "text" of paintarealineitem should draw a label at the line.
In Swing this works fine,
but in JavaFX this label is not shown.

a) Might be a bug?! ;-)

b) Enhancement request: Is it also possible to get a tooltip attribute for paintarealineitem?

Kind regards
Roland

Hi Roland,

@a) ...text was added now, thanks! ;-)
@b) ...for FX this is not a problem

Pls. tell me if you require an interim build - otherwise both functions are part of the next update.

Hi Björn,

thanks for the fix and the feature.
As part of the next (normal) update would be fine.

Hi Björn,

thanks for the new feature. The labels are now working fine.
Unfortunately I still have requests to this feature:

On the (connected) line is a event handler registered. This works fine, if no label is displayed. If the label is define, the eventhandling is not working for this label component. Thus: You have to click exacly on the line (e.g. in top of the label), but not on the label itself.

Request:
Is it possible to get the same event, if I click on the line & and the label?
To click on the label might be easy for every user to get the best click / result performance. ;-)

regards,
Roland

With risc this attribute seems to be ignored again.

Hi Oliver,

yes, you are right: the text is not shown in RISC client...
Is this something you currently miss? If so: tell us then we can accelerate (re-)adding this feature...

Thx + Regards! Björn

Hi Björn,

with the newest Enterprise WEB CLient (7.9.2020) the problem still exists.
