How can we define the size and the
position of a "CaptainCasa -Application-Window,"
when it starts the very first time?
On other words, the size of the window,
which contains the surroundingPage.
Which container has to be edited?

Currently the starting window is positioned by "Java Swing", i.e. there is no special handling from our side.
What we could easily do: we could pass parameters like "x,y,width, height" for the initial start as parameters to be places into the .jnlp / .html file doeing the web start / applet start.
Would this be a (first) solution?

Update version 20080609 contains the requested change: client parameters startx, starty, startwidth and startheigh can be set in order to size and position the frame coming up...
