Hi Björn,
is there any other possibility for positioning popups than absolute screen coordinates?
Something like relative to parent position, "center" etc.

...we can offer to pass information if the coordinates are "absolute" or "relative" to the main window...
Otherwise the API is too simple, just passing some coordinates... ;-)

Don't laugh at me!
It's as urgent it can be, because people are saying the popups are "jumping". And are not displayed one above the other.
I can live with the absolute positioning as long as I have the possibility to get the absolute coordinates of the browser frame.
And I can't as I believe....

...OK, we will do something short term (next update == Monday). Either the extended parameter with the popup or the passing of window coordinates...

Hi,
we now changed the following way: coordinates are always relative to the "CaptainCasa Window". This makes things much easier and reflects the tpyical usage scenario much better.
Change is part of next update.

PS: in addition we updated as well, that left/top positions are scaled with the user's client settings
