Wanted to add a screenshot. but not possible. see following error:

...by try and error I found that the problem occurs when the file size is bigger than something like 100kB. I know that there is a max http-post-size factor somewhere in Tomcat - but cannot remember where it was.

Well, the error message is not too nice... but the size seems to be the problem.
