Hello Captain,

my browser window (firefox) is e.g. opend on display two, my external monitor.

When I press a filedownloadbutton, the file chooser windows comes up on the right screen. (second monitor)

But the progress popup appears on the primary monitor!

Hi,

the file download dialog is not "our's", it's coming from the Java environment. Unfortunately we do not see any influence on positioning.

The dialog allows to pass a component in its constructor, but somehow this component is not used for postiioing the popup correctly...

If any Swing expert outside does know a solution - please tell us!
